Our mission at Google is to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful. Our values are to respect the opportunity, the user, and each other. I don’t know what part of our mission and values align with selling advanced technology to an occupying regime that’s committing atrocities against its occupied people. What’s useful in empowering and fueling apartheid? What’s respectful in enabling one party to control another? Google's Project Nimbus is immoral, disrespectful, harmful and hypocritical. It will be a big ugly moment in Google’s history and a shameful and embarrassing engagement that will be forever remembered. Project Nimbus will demoralize and agonize the many Googlers who truly believe and stand for Google’s mission and values!
